Trash cans to be stored behind the fence or in the garage.
Trash not to be out until the night before trash day, which is Tuesday.
No trailers, boats, etc. to be stored on the street or driveway
Spring will soon be here, reminder to take care of the lawn and get rid of the weeds
Window coverings must be white or neutral in color from the outside
A reminder – any work done to the outside must have prior approval from the Board of Directors. This includes but not limited to painting and landscaping.
Work to vehicles must be done in the garage and not on the driveway or street.
Basketball hoops – to be used on the driveway only. Can not place on the sidewalk where it blocks the sidewalk or children are playing on the street.
With Spring and Summer just around the corner, windows will be opened and as a reminder, noise does travel. Keep music and television levels down so as not to disturb others around you.
Trees – are the responsibility of the owner. Trees do need to be kept trimmed especially those that are near the sidewalks or go over the fence. Make sure the trees do not get too tall. The taller the trees, the more risk you are taking that with snow and high winds, damage to trees will occur and possibly damage your home.
